All my professional life I’ve been bridging the business world with alternative ways of living.
Before graduating from business school I lived in a co-living community with people with disabilities in Canada. After quitting my first company I moved to an ecovillage and worked for the Global Ecovillage Network. 10 years ago I co-founded Leadership³, pioneering the field of self-organization and new work before it was something every big corporation pretends to do.
In 2021 I moved to Costa Rica and offer transformational retreats and spaces on personal transformation, community building and sacred sexuality. I’m also birthing a vision of a network of intentional communities to create local solutions and blueprints to global challenges and prepare for the massive changes ahead of us. As a DJ I created dance journeys for people to connect with themselves and others in an embodied way.

I always knew that I wanted to change the world. Little did I know that to be able to make a change we have to be the change first…
As I was walking the conventional path of business studies and corporate life I was also discovering the inner world. Starting with mediation and yoga to later dive deeper into shamanism, neuroscience, psychotherapy and so much more. This journey brought me truly home and there was no way back. I left the conventional world and started to dedicate my life to raise our consciousness. Since then I have worked with amazing organizations, founded our company Nature Does It and became a holistic psychotherapist. All in dedication to overcome our obstacles and challenges that are keeping us from living our life in full potential.

For the last 4 years, I have led a GameFi company Lympo, now part of Animoca Brands, an Asian blockchain unicorn. Prior to being an entrepreneur I have been engaged in European politics, travelled the world and studied political science.
My passion for various causes often translates in new projects and organizations. I am co-founder of W@, a network for women professionals, and StartupTribe LT, a community of Lithuania related startups. My aspiration is to work with great people on meaningful projects. My energy and inspiration sources are meditation, cosmology and art.
